Today, we're not talking about real estate—we're going to talk about gratitude. This was brought up in a recent company meeting, and our group decided to implement something company-wide that we’re here to share with you today. 

Our group talked about a great quote from Jane Goodall: “You cannot get through a single day without having an impact on the world around you. What you do makes a difference, and you have to decide what kind of difference you want to make.” 

After hearing this, our team was inspired to introduce a new habit. In this challenge, we pick a habit and track it every day for 30 days. It could be something like drinking 100 ounces of water, exercising, or reading. Whatever it is, we’re centering our goals around gratitude. 

"Gratitude can help us make a difference in the world."

For the next 30 days, everyone on this team will find someone to express gratitude toward. Imagine the impact we could make if we all spent our time thinking about who we can show gratitude to. We’ve decided that we can't show gratitude to the same person within those 30 days, which will expand the web of people we interact with. We could start with our spouse, kids, parents, friends, or colleagues, but as the month progresses, it will become more challenging.

You can take this practice anywhere. Approach anyone and share what you're grateful for and what you appreciate about them. It could be someone you look up to from afar and who inspires you. Imagine how you could make someone feel by sharing your gratitude. 

We challenge you to join us. For the next 30 days, find one person every day to express gratitude toward. Imagine the difference we could make in the world and the impact we could have.
